The Cosmotec XVH air / air heat exchangers have been developed in order to cool electrical cabinets and shelters using the favourable environmental conditions, but at the same time, ensuring total protection from snow, rain, wind, dust, etc. (closed loop cooling).

The air/air heat exchangers exploit the principle of thermal conductivity to transfer heat from the internal environment to the outside, through an high performance finned heat exchanger core. The air flows cross the heat exchanger core upstream; in this way the outside air can’t infiltrating inside the cabinet, along with dust, humidity, pollutants.
